How do I receive my download?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page and we'll email it to you as well. Your files are available straight away, with no physical item posted.

Which file formats do you provide?

Printables come as high-resolution A4 PDF files. Spreadsheets come as .xlsx files that work in Microsoft Excel (2016 or later), Excel for Mac, Excel Online, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers. Bundles are delivered as a single ZIP file containing every product.

Can I use the planners on my iPad or tablet?

Yes. Import the PDF into a note-taking app such as GoodNotes, Notability or Xodo and write on it with a stylus. You can also print as many copies as you need for personal use.

How do I print the PDFs?

Print on A4 paper and choose 'Actual size' or '100%' in your print settings so nothing is cropped. For the best finish, use 100-120 gsm matte paper. You can also print at a local print shop.

How do I open the spreadsheet in Google Sheets?

Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (File > Save as Google Sheets for the best experience). Fill in the light-green cells and everything else calculates automatically.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, you agree at checkout that your download starts straight away, and this means the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies once your download begins. Your statutory rights are not affected: if a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for full details.

I can't find my download or my link isn't working. What should I do?

First check your spam or promotions folder for the order email. If you still can't find it, or the link has expired, email us at hello@maqsoodstudio.co.uk with your order number and we'll send a fresh link.

Can I share or resell the files?

Our products are licensed for your own personal use (or, for the business spreadsheets, use within your own business). Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files. If you'd like copies for a team or classroom, contact us about a multi-user licence.
