These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Maqsood Studio website at https://maqsoodstudio.co.uk and your purchase of digital products from us. Maqsood Studio is a trading name of Prime Empire Holdings Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17160019, with its registered office at 22 Alloa Road, Ilford, IG3 9SP, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.

1. Who we are

Maqsood Studio sells digital planners, printables and spreadsheets for personal and small-business use. Our legal entity is Prime Empire Holdings Ltd.

2. Licence

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal use, or, for our business spreadsheets, for internal use within your own business. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense or upload the files (or modified versions) to other websites, marketplaces or shared drives for others to use. If you need copies for a team or classroom, contact us about a multi-user licence.

3. Delivery

Our products are digital content. After payment is confirmed, files are delivered by download link on the order confirmation page and by email. No physical items are posted. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files safely.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Because our products are digital content supplied by download, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 is lost once your download or access begins, provided you have given express consent for supply to start straight away and acknowledged that you will lose that right. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

5. Information only

Our spreadsheets and planners help you organise your records. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Any tax set-aside or similar figures are guides only. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for complying with applicable law.

6. Compatibility

You are responsible for having suitable software to open and use the files (for example a PDF reader, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers) and a device that can download and store them.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, layouts, templates and branding are the intellectual property of Maqsood Studio / Prime Empire Holdings Ltd. © Maqsood Studio. All rights reserved, except for the limited licence granted in section 2.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that is unlawful or harmful to us or other users.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the products or the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
